Space Coloring Pages
Twelve free space coloring pages — a rocket, an astronaut, a ringed planet, a flying saucer, the solar system, a launch, a space station, and three detailed pages for adults.
Every page is drawn on white paper rather than against a black sky, which is the difference between a page you can colour and a page that is already coloured for you.

Almost every space colouring sheet online prints the background solid black, because that is what space looks like. It also means half the paper arrives already filled, the stars are white holes you cannot touch, and a child gets a rocket to colour and nothing else. On these pages the sky is plain white and every star is an outlined shape, so the whole page is yours.
Faces left to draw
The astronaut helmets are left open. The waving astronaut’s visor holds nothing but a smile, and the spacewalking and moonwalking astronauts’ visors are empty, so a child can draw their own face in one — the single most reliable way to get a five-year-old invested in a space page.
The solar system page is a lesson
The planets are drawn at sensibly different sizes and in order out from the sun, each with its own banding or cratering, and the ringed one is where it should be. It works as a colouring page and as something to name your way along.
The three long ones
The space mandala, the patterned rocket and the galaxy scene are drawn for adults. The galaxy page has spiral arms, comets, a rocket, an astronaut and dozens of stars packed edge to edge.
Printing
Print at 100% scale rather than “fit to page”, in Letter or A4 to match your paper.
