Copyright & Takedown Policy
Draft โ not legal advice. Replace every [[โฆ]]
placeholder with your real details, and
register a DMCA agent with the US Copyright Office before you launch.
Registration is what gives you safe-harbour standing; a page like this alone does not.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
If you believe material on [[YOUR DOMAIN]] infringes a copyright you
own or represent, this page tells you how to tell us and what we will do.
Our position
Some pages on this site depict characters or settings owned by others. They are original fan-made interpretations offered free for personal use. We do not reproduce official artwork, logos or wordmarks, and we make no claim to any third-party property.
That said, we do not argue with rights holders. If you own a right and want a page gone, we will remove it โ normally within 24 hours of a valid notice, and without requiring a court order.
Sending a notice
Email hello@coloringrobin.com with the subject line Copyright Notice, including all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL of each page you want removed, so we can find it without guessing.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the ownerโs behalf.

What happens next
- We acknowledge your notice.
- We remove or disable access to the material identified.
- We notify whoever uploaded it, where that applies.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
Repeat infringers
We terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate.
