We respect intellectual property rights and expect the people who use this site to do the same. If you believe material on coloringrobin.com infringes a copyright you own or represent, this page tells you how to tell us and what we will do about it.

Our position

Some pages on this site depict characters or settings owned by others. They are original fan-made interpretations, drawn for this site and offered free for personal use. We do not reproduce official artwork, logos or wordmarks, and we make no claim to any third-party property.

That said, we do not argue with rights holders. If you own a right and want a page gone, we will remove it — normally within 24 hours of a valid notice, and without requiring a court order. You do not need to send a formal DMCA notice to get our attention; a clear email identifying the page is enough. The formal route below exists because it is your right to use it.

Sending a notice

Email hello@coloringrobin.com with the subject line Copyright Notice, including all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL of each page you want removed, so we can find it without guessing.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Please send one notice covering all the URLs you are concerned about rather than a separate notice per page — it gets the pages down faster.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your notice.
  2. We remove or disable access to the material identified, normally within 24 hours.
  3. We confirm to you when it is done.
  4. We notify whoever uploaded it, where that applies.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the material and where it appeared before it was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

Misuse

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or a counter-notice can make you liable for damages. Please be sure you hold the right you are claiming before you send one.

Repeat infringers

We terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate.
